    The Second Amendment to the Constitution is /outdated/obsolete. It was enacted in 1791. The 1861-1864 America Civil War made all States free States.

    How about highlighting another ABC news error in the coverage of the Aurora shootings. ABC misrepresented the comment from James Holmes' mother, implying falsely that she was not suurprised by her son's actions. As of Monday, July 23, there has been noretraction or apology from ABC.
