    Rampant rape on campus? Where's the proof? Not allegations, but proof.

    What politically correct drivel. When I was at university in a high-crime area, every arrest for rape on campus, whether by campus police or local police, was of an alleged perpetrator from off campus. Howard Kurtz changed the subject from one of accuracy to one of sensitivity.
