stationsteI have reported a crime to the USDOJ and the FBI and I have proof of this crime the USDOJ and FBI continue to ignore my case It deals wish Judge Robert A. Chaisson and Judge Emile R. St. Pierre who have committed criminal conspiracy, acting outside the color of law, and the color of office, and committed fraud, wrongful prosecution and wrongful imprisonment all done with malicious intent to cover up voided orders in a child custody case I have been banished from the state of Louisiana and falsely charged with kidnapping my own child all this was done in retaliation because I brought Judge Robert A. Chaisson to federal court and charged him with treason against the u.s. constitution for violating his oath two honest federal judges Karen Wells Roby and Martin Feldman granted a mandamus against Judge Robert A. Chaisson acknowledging that he committed crime against me but another federal judge Lance Africk used subject matter jurisdiction to strip the case from the honest judge Karen Wells Roby and Martin Feldman so that he could start throwing my cases out I let Federal Judge Lance Africk know I wanted federal protection because I was being threatened By Judge Robert A. Chaisson threw other law enforcement in St. Charles Parish Louisiana judge Lance Africk denied my reqeust even though I was being threatened by very prowerful people I requested to challenge jurisdiction on a federal level judge Lance Africk also ignored my request so I knew if I took my child across state lines it would make my case a interstate case which would force the feds to step into my case and it would have shown how my rights had been violated but Judge Robert A. Chaisson and Judge Emile R. St. Pierre who stepped in to cover up Judge Robert A. Chaisson crime both judges refused to report that I crossed state lines so that they could deal with me on there level I have been banished from Louisiana were my child is a form of punishment I have not got to see or speak with my child in almost three years because of the crime these judges committed against me also these are the other people named in the conspiracy against me Att. Brenda Birner, Att. Wendy Williams, Att. Deanna Sirmon , Former D.A. Harry Morel, Tara Williams, Homicide Detective Brad Walsh, Att. Horace Kimbrall Sawyer, Falyn Estay, Faith Gaubert, D.A. Kim McAfee all knowingly took part in a criminal conspiracy I have wrote and even call some news channels to name a few CNN, 60 minutes, dateline and New Orleans based news channels The producers for 60 minutes said that no one wants to hear about cases like mine I even had other news station tell me because I a father they won't air my story but if I was a mother they said they would
