Spot on with this write-up, I actually think this website needs far more consideration. I’ll probably be once more to read way more, thanks for that info.
This is an important book, even more than it would have been if the media had done the proper homework when Palin was announced as McCain's VP choice. You let her slide then and you're letting her slide now. She is an unstable, dangerous woman whom I want nowhere near any position of importance.
How pathetic and disingenuous that you would discuss a book none of you has even read!
Seeing more and more shades of Faux on CNN these days. Sad for what once was my starting point.
None of the folks on this program even read the book before doing this segment. How unprofessional! They get a review copy, and should have done due diligence before strafing it with their "opinions." How about you aren't allowed to state an opinion if you don't read the book!
McGinniss has now been exposed as a hack and a liar and a fraud. He's done. And since NBC's Savannah Guthrie conducted a kissy-face suck-up interview with him, that means she's done as a journalist, too. Between this and the MSNBC stain, I don't think NBC can recover from this at all.
Now more than ever, the press is a part of every story it covers. And CNN's "Reliable Sources" is one of television's only regular programs to examine how journalists do their jobs and how the media affect the stories they cover.
Brian Stelter is the host of "Reliable Sources" and the senior media correspondent for CNN Worldwide. Before he joined CNN in November 2013, Stelter was a media reporter for The New York Times. He is the author of the New York Times best-seller "Top of the Morning."
