-Transfer contents of pot to a bowl and chill until cold.
This variety of diet plan enables the consumption of carbohydrates as soon as loss of fat is
seasoned. It doesn't matter if you are getting with the paleo plan or if
you are on a typical calorie-counting diet, processed foods are the most detrimental thing you can put into your system

  15. you call yourselves reporters

HEY CNN, How about you stop spewing out false propaganda about real hard working individuals? If this guy is so crazy and discrediting, why is it at every turn you guys savor every moment talking about Alex? At least he doesnt stage news reports and pray on stupid people for ratings. You half wits at CNN WISH you could have half of his audience tuning into your garbage. Even typing out this comment is a waste of time because you, CNN, are a fossil of the worlds giant turd that came out of your globalist slavedriver Ted turner. Continue digging your own grave as the country tailspins into turmoil, because while youre misleading more and more people you will reap what you sow when the republic rises again!

They should call this show "Unreliable Sources" since it appears that even in journalism 101 they teach you to get the "who, what, where, when, why and how" of a story. Ms. Goff failed to do that when she said that Alex Jones was making Dorner a hero. Alex Jones never stated that Dorner was a hero. In fact he time and time again during his broadcasts when this story was at its highest, kept saying that he vehemently disagreed with the actions that Dorner was taking and that regardless of how Dorner felt he was wronged by the LAPD, he was absolutely wrong for committing murders of innocent people. So I suggest that if CNN wants to pull its ratings out of the toilet drain it is circling that it have Ms. Goff go on air and public state that she "misunderstood, was misinformed or misread" Alex Jones comments. I know that CNN has a grudge in their craw since Mr Jones put it all over pretty boy and their media darling Piers Morgan regarding firearms. However there again, when you have someone doing an interview, please, please, please have all the facts, not just the ones you want that represent or favor your specific poitical view or ideology. Again, Ms. Goff, if she is a "serious journalist" should apologize for her incorrect comments if journalism is fair over at CNN. Somehow, I am not going to hold my breath. I don't like looking like a Smurf.

Keli Goff is a joke of a journalist and a blatant liar. Alex Jones never praised or condoned Dorner's actions instead he publicly condemned his actions on multiple occasions. Mentioning him in this light was an obvious attempt to associate A.J. and the freedom movement with the likes of Dorner. These kind of distortions are driving more and more people away from the mainstream media, or at the very least reducing the audience the only the most impressionable and naive. Fox, and MSNBC are just as guilty.

With the drone issue about violating the rights of Americans who become islamic terrorist. A lot of people news this would be killed by the police. He said he would be killed and not taken alive and that is exactly what happened. So now there a second argument about his rights.

It would be nice if the CNN described " nation's premier media critic" had the where with all to correct his reliable source when she states the LAPD was responsible for burning down Dorner's hideout. Sorry Keli, it was the San Bernardino Sheriff's Department. LAPD had nothing to do with it. You are feeding the fringe Keli

Your absolutely correct Rick G. LAPD SWAT requested while in flight in helo's to go to the site where the standoff was taking place. San Bernadino Sheriffs Department told LAPD SWAT that they were to hold at the airport which is a few miles from where this standoff was taking place. Secondly, all of the yelling that is on the radio transmissions and has officers yelling "Burn that mother****** down", "Burn that building", etc., were deputies from SBSD who had just seen one of their own killed. One can certainly understand the emotion and adrenalin of the situation at that point. However, the FBI was also helo'd in with their HRT team so one might think they had or played some role in the buring of this building since it was erriely described as in terms similar to the Waco standoff. SBSD also had control over that airspace, not LAPD. I think they are confusing situations. In Torrance when the two paper deliver women were shot, the LAPD had control of one street where a person named in the Dorner "manifesto" lived. That is why LAPD was there providing protection to that officer and his/her family. However to unload on a vehicle that not only did not match the vehicle of the suspect (Dorner had a silver Nissan Titan King Cab w/a ski rack on top, these women had a blue Toyota Tundra with NO SKI RACK) and they shot anywhere from 51-102 bullets at these women. To me that is a complete derliction of duty to fire that many bullets at a vehicle without making CONFIRMATION that this in fact was the suspect Why did they not use the spotlights on their vehicles, shine them into the vehicle. Tell the driver via loudspeaker to exit the vehicle with hands up, then ask the passenger to do the same. Then they could clear the vehicle instead of making it look like swiss cheese and darn near killed a woman by shooting her in the back. She spent 4-5 days in ICU. LAPD police chief said "We apologize for the use of force and will buy a new truck for these women". WHAT? I know that I would be having my attorney demand that any of the officers that discharged their weapon should be fired. Period. Those cops who fired on that vehicle when it never matched the description of the vehicle given on the BOLO sould be summarily dismissed just as Dorner was dismissed from the LAPD. I know people will say well the descrption was silver or blue. Fine, but the description also said "SKI RACK". That should have been the key right then and there. Then if that wasn't enough, while hearing this ruckus Torrance police heard it and began to rush to the scene and there was a man who was heading out in his BLACK HONDA RIDGELINE with a surfboard in the back for an early morning surf, got rammed purposely by Torrance police (the Torrance officer admits he hit this man head on and then fired three shots just to the right of the driver steering wheel. If it had been a bench seat it would have killed who was sitting beside him. If he had a passenger in the backseat they would be dead. These were three closely grouped shots. It just blew me away. How in the hell did a silver truck become a blue truck to now become a black truck? It was insane out here. People that had pick up trucks had signs in their back windows saying "Don't shoot, we are white", "Don't shoot, this is a Toyota", etc., It is pretty bad when people have to do that just to drive down a freeway or street and not get shot by trigger happy police. I support the LAPD. I know a lot of officers because I work in the emergency room at several hospitals per diem out here. There are some really fine officers out there doing a thankless job. However there are also some bad cops as well and they need to go. I unfortunately believe that Dorner was a bad cop. He died the way he wanted to die and brough most of this on himself. He said it was about clearing his name. You don't clear your name by killing innocent people. His name is now MUD. Great legacy there Chis. Way to go.
