Cop Out show today. the Daily Show's 5-minute critique was more insightful than your hour-long show. When CNN touts its purported scoop as "EXCLUSIVE" rather than simply acknowledging upfront that they have an unsubstantiated source, they can't hide from their errors by saying it's just that he source was inaccurate. If they want the attention, kudos, ratings, that come from an EXCLUSIVE, they'd better be right. If they want to be trusted, then they need to be responsible for responsible ascertainment of the truth before they claim it's news. And if your show wants to provide a responsible critique of the news, you shouldn't wimp out when CNN–or others–decide to provide no better accuracy than Twitter.
