Us women need to pull ourselves together and start working as a team. This world needs stronger women that take leadership roles. We can achieve this by working together.

I am appalled at Elsa Walsh's comments about Sheryl Sandberg's book Lean In. Once again we have women tearing down women. Elsa obviously doesn't have a clue as to the message Sheryl is trying to send to women Her opinion is just that, her opinion. Elsa has taken a condescending attitude of I'm older, I know better. Why would you turn women's rights into a bashing contest? Well Elsa, you certainly do live up to your name. Those of us Elsa's age (myself included) remember a lion named Elsa. I guess her are coming out. She should be ashamed.
