    Just as I suspected. David Shuster thoroughly embarassed himself. He actually endorsed the IRS's indefensible actions, and he kept interrupting Jennifer Rubin. Howard even had to yell at Shuster to stop interrupting. No wonder he can't hold a reporting job anywhere.
